So who's going and what class are you racing this year?

First race is this weekend.

I'll be there Sunday running either 30B or 40B. Can't wait. Been too long between races.

From SORCS on Facebook:

Quote:
Hello SORCS racers. We want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
We are just a few days away from Round 1 of the SORCS Winter Nationals. We have got the course just about ready and it looks like both the quads and big bike courses will be around 8 miles long. The course will only share about 3 miles and we will fix any quad damage on Saturday afternoon.
The mini course will be about 4 miles long and the PeeWee course about 1 mile long. Most of the PeeWee course will be visible from the start/finish area.
We will be parking on the MX side of the property and there will be mild portions of the MX track included in the race course. Spectators will be able to see the quads and the bikes at the .5 mile marker the 5 mile and 7 mile markers. You can see the minis at .5 2 and 3 mile markers. PeeWees will not run the MX track.
We look forward to seeing everyone next weekend!

We are planning on coming 1 of us in 200b and other 30 or 40b. If creeks don't rise to much on our side. ::up::

::up:: ::up:: Nice!

From the sounds of things its going to be a great track and a great turn out.

A couple of people have been asking about a possibility of a race cancel due to inclement weather. If they cancel, I will post up here for anyone not linked up on Facebook.

If Atlanta gets any snow my guess is they cancel.

edit: Tammy says the race is on!

edit 1/6: race is cancelled due to EMS not being able to cover the event.
