I need to get some chest protectors for my wife. She has never bought any and I sure don't know anything about womens chest pads. I was a wealth of knowledge for most of her questions but some things only a lady can help with.
So what do you ladies recommend? She is a 38DD. She is new to our game and I can help her with a lot of things but this is out of my league!! :D

If I knew anything about having boobs that big, I would gladly help you. ::shocked::

But...I don't haha.

I just wear my boyfriend's old chest protector. It's a little big on me, but the straps adjust so it stays in place and does what it's supposed to. The only thing I can suggest is to order something from Rocky Mountain ATV, have her try it on and twist back and forth, sit on the bike, and send it back if it doesn't work/fit.

Maybe some of the other women can give better insight??

The women's FOX chest protector is molded to better accommodate a woman's figure...I don't know what it's limits are, but at least it should fit better than a man's chest protector. If you guys are out at HP and want to try one on for size, I think they keep one in stock...but if not, she is welcome to try mine.

I might also add that a good sports bra will be her friend...My alphabet is smaller than that, but I can still tell her it is MOST important! ::smirk::

Happy to hear we have a new rider joining us. Hope we see you guys at HP one day soon.

::up::

HP does stock the Fox women's chest protector. It comes in small and medium, but the small is more like a youth size. Most women can make the medium Fox protector work. We also have started stocking the Thor women's chest protector, and it appears to be slightly larger in the chest area than the Fox, but really she needs to try them both to see what fits best. If neither will work comfortably with her 38DD's then she might also try some of the men's chest protectors we have in stock.

Thanks for all the info. Since I posted this I was informed that she is actually a 36DD. Anywho she was looking at both of the afore mentioned protectors. HP is a long way to go just for a fitment though. Sorry Paul. We will definitely try them all out first.
P.S.) My wife Macy says thanks to all for the advise. I will see about getting her a GOR membership set up soon.

Anthony, I know you're old enough to know better than to think you can get away with being wrong around a woman :D
