Well don't fuss at me KTMmomma started it :D but I like the idea of the rafting trip (even though the only time I've ever been it scared the poo out of me) I also had another idea for some fun. Rock Climbing!! ::up:: Check out this website about an indoor gym made just for that and you can take classes before you go out and give it a try.

There is a new gym opening that will be the largest in the country... should be open by the end of May I believe.

I know the owners and they are dedicated to youths and training.

As far as rafting, Ocoee is a great trip and pretty close. I think this is the outfitter we used last time and were very happy.

There are some great campgrounds in the area to make a weekend out of it.
Tons of great mountain biking too!

I went climbing once in Alaska and I'd love to do more...just afraid to start ANOTHER expensive hobby!
