Scott OTG fits over more styles of glasses than the Smiths. That's my personal ecxperience based on 30 years of riding in glasses.

I got glasses for the first time last year and bought the Scott goggles. The goggles were great but my glasses fogged up a lot. I guess there must be some trick to the fogging issue but I'm not aware of it.

I wore just reading glasses for a few years but I also got prescription glasses January this year for the first time. I tried riding with them under my goggles but the roots and ruts looked too big and scared me so I don't ride with them. I do wear them when driving.

Buy the lenses with posts for tear-offs and remove the posts. You'll get enough air circulation to keep the lenses clear but not so much they become a dust magnet. It's a compromise.

Scott OTG's when I wear glasses, which DON'T work with Rx inserts (focal length). My riding glasses are prescription "cruiser" style.

Best,
- c bob

HSfan, I feel your pain, fought this problem for years, their are no good googles for OTG, if your glasses are small framed, the X Goggles works better than the scott for me, The X goggle don't fit over all glasses! I have both. I also bought the $50 fans that mount inside your goggles, don't waste your money on them. the best solution for your glasses fogging, which is caused by the heat from your face, is to use scott no-fog clothe on your glasses and goggle lense and to tear the foam out of the bottom and top of the goggle frame, also drill some small 1/8" holes around the outer edge of the lense. This will solve most of your problem. And dust and dirt won't be as big of a issue as you may think getting inside your goggles. Now you can SEE!

And yes, I know you don't have a problem with your goggles fogging, only your glasses.

YOU ARE WELCOME!!!

Fogging is due to lack of adequate air flow inside the goggles. The whole point of goggles is to keep dirt out of your eyes. Sometimes, loosening the goggle strap to allow a little bit of airflow between the goggle foam and your face can be enough to greatly reduce fogging.

Thank you all for the advice. Im probably going to try the Smiths first because I found a set for cheap and my frames are pretty small
