I want to take my two sons and their friend to a prepped MX track so they can practice. They are all rookies, so the tamer the better.

Anyone know of any that will be prepped this weekend?

Scrubndirt

If they're open it's plowed and watered. If Ricky can provide a nice track to ride he won't open the gates that day. It's also a very tame track that's forgiving to beginners. There are some pretty big jumps and you can go as big as you want, but they're all filled in and tabletop style so you can also go as small as you want.

When I first tried to ride moto I loved it. Because the jumps aren't gapped you can work your way up to going bigger and bigger til you finally have the confidence to clear them.

Excellent. Thanks Scott. I'm hearing a lot of the same thing over on facebook.

Not sure what part of GA you are in, but War Eagle MX in Auburn is always prepped and kept watered.
They are open this Sat & Sun.
Unlike places like Monster Mtn, you can see the entire track from the pits. Which is always good for rookie kids.

I took the boys to War Eagle yesterday. It is a great track and was prepped very well, dirt was awesome and jumps were challenging but a lot of fun. It was hotter than h ell out there though, I think the temp in the truck said 96 when we pulled up. Other than that we really enjoyed going and will be going again soon. Next we will try out ScrubnDirt.
