The transmission on the XCW is great for technical trail riding and Enduros, also better for dirt road riding. The first couple of gears are lower than on the XC, the last couple of gears are higher than on the XC. For faster HS races, MX tracks, and open trails, the semi close ratio XC tranny works better.

Sweet article like always. That makes me want to experiment with my Gasgas engine or a 250 with a stroker. Whats the chance you would do some work on a Gasgas engine? Just for giggles mabe for next year.
