Okay, let me get started. If you want to have a successful ORV area: 1. Make it open 24 hours a day (I love night riding) 2. Have over 100 miles of trails 3. Have great scenery

Coal Creek has all of this. We go twice a year with a group of about 8 guys and we just have a blast!
Least Favorite
The bad part is that I live in Atlanta and it is a fairly strong drive.
Most Favorite
24-hour trails, none of this close our trails at 5 crap!
Extras
The camping area was nice and the people are very friendly now. BTW, the strict guy at the campground is no longer there!

trails were perfect and in good condition for atv's. i have not seen better trail or more fun trails since i have been riding in the last 20 years
Least Favorite
parking areas/free camping areas were too rocky. they need to invest in a water truck to wet the gravel roads. dusty to the extreme but thats just the gravel roads the trails were perfect
Most Favorite
trails, food, people, everything !!!!!
Extras
we stayed in the pay camping site down the road from the trail head. it was very clean and the bathrooms were too. also had security looking over your stuff while you were riding your butt off.no worries

THE GREAT VASTNESS OF THIS PLACE. I TRAVEL TO TENN. EVERY OTHER WEEK-END TO RIDE. I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, AND IT NEVER GETS OLD. I HAVE JUST RESENTLY STATED RIDING THE NORTH SIDE. THIS AREA GETS LITTLE USE 'CAUSE IT IS A GOOD RIDE FROM THE PARKING LOT. BUT WORTH THE TRAVEL TIME.
Extras
THE REST-ROOMS ARE NEW, AND THE PARKING LOT IS WELL POLICED FOR TRASH AND SPEED VIOLATORS. THE PERMITS HAVE GONE UP:$80.00 YRLY. $20.00 DLY.
