All trails are clearly and plainly marked for ONE WAY riding only.
Average trail width of 6' or less on the dual use trails shared by both bikes and atvs.
The longest atv/bike dual use trail is 24 miles long with 6 short cuts back to the parking area for worn out riders. Dirt bikes can link together several of the single track and dual use trails to ride over 32 miles without riding the same trail twice.
All types of soil conditions can be found on the mountains. Elevations range from 1350 ft. above sea level to 2500 ft. Elevation changes on the trails are abundant, get ready to wear yourself out. The single track bike only trails can best be compared to the 3 to 5 diamond trails of HP but with much more elevation.

Special Closings - The Park will be closed on Mother's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
1 Day Riding Pass (Non-Members Only) - $20.00 per rider
2-day Riding Pass (Non-Members Only) - $15 per day
(days must be consecutive and pass paid for in full on the first day).
Members do not have to pay any daily riding fees - Yearly membership fee covers all riding expenses!
Children ages 11-15 ride for $10.00
Children 10 yrs. and younger ride FREE with paying Adult Rider!
We are located approximately 65 miles NW of Charlotte NC.
From the South: Hickory to Hwy 127 North into Alexander County. At the intersection of Hwy 127 and US Hwy 64-90 turn left towards Lenoir. About 100 yards. down the road turn right on All Healing Springs Road and continue out All Healing Springs Rd. to Poplar Springs Baptist Church. Turn left onto Lambert Fork Rd. At the top of the hill our entrance will be on the right at the large yellow gate.
