Power
For 2003. Great power. Had a horrible time trying to jet the thing though. Great mid. Power Now insert, Bills pipe/sil. Tassinari reeds. I've had faster 250's but this ones not bad, feels like a big 125 which I like coming off one.
Suspension
For 2003. Great suspension but had Enzo Ti. Ni. coat my forks and shock and revalve and respring. Also sub tanks so it better be good :) Can't tell what stocks like.
Brakes
For 2003. All new bikes have good Brakes. 'Drive' hardline brake line works well.
Comments
I really like the bike because it feels like a 125 and that's good for me. My bike is heavily modified so i'm sure it's better than a stocker, BUT who knows.

Power
the power is exellent. the first time i rode it scared the crap out of me. i can jump while climbing a hill land and still keep climbing without bogging.
Suspension
great ,but i have mine set for my specifications.
Brakes
i can slam on the brakes without them locking up , and they slow the bike down fast

Power
Weak low end, strong in the middle and flat on top. I'm using mine for hare scrambles and it works well there, but I wouldn't want to race mx on a stock one.
Suspension
pretty good front and rear, the rear is sprung soft, but with the right spring rates it works well.

Its a good bike, suzuki left alot of work for the rider to finish. Once setup properly it is a very good race bike, but I wouldn't race a stock one.
